Blanket inside ir35 caught
by Lvaughton at 12:16 31/03/17 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
Nhs locum staff are currently being forced inside ir35 35 despite in practice we are outside
--does anyone yet have any idea what is being done about blanket inside ir35 recommendations. This is despite the new legislation being introduced.

I'm a speech therapist locum and all my assignments fall in nhs and I always work away from home and claim expenses.

I'm definitely outside ir35 but am being forced inside because that's what being told to me by agency.
I have written to the agency to despite this.

Obviously working inside ir35 will become untenable so I will stop working if it continues and leave the country so HMRC won't get more tax as they planned).
But any ideas? This is like corporate bullying!!

Thanks
LVaughton
