Does you company have offices around the country or the world, no problem as notes keeps all the updates syncronised for you with virtually no effort on your part.
With the release of Notes R5 it gained some much asked for new functionality and became more user friendly. R-Next is looking to be even better again although the backwards and forwards compatibility of Lotus Notes makes upgrading only a choice not a requirement.
