Freelancers Outside IR35 (FO35) is a unique business operating system which provides freelancers with a complete package of tools, information and support to enable them to operate outside IR35 with confidence; and without the risk of incurring penalties at a later date.
It comprises a detailed manual with step-by-step instructions from experts; and information and guidance about what is relevant when determining your status.
The manual is supported by a dual insurance protection which covers freelancers for professional representation by Qdos Consulting in the event of a Revenue or Customs dispute; and also covers them for any penalties which might be levied if the investigation finds against them.
FO35 also includes model contracts; a dedicated help line; updates when necessary; draft 'Confirmation of Arrangements' letter and cover for professional fees to defend you against a Section 660a claim. It is the complete package for freelancers who want to operate outside IR35 and defend against other Revenue threats.
FO35 with PAYE protection. You can choose to add PAYE protection to your FO35 package. This will give you the additional cover of representation by Qdos in the event of a PAYE compliance visit. (We have not included this as standard as some freelancers may already have arrangements in place for PAYE compliance, for example with their accountants).
