Terms of use of the Shout99 network, Privacy Policy, GDPR and Cookie Information
Shout99 is an online network for freelancers. The network is free to join and you are free to leave at any time. This notice sets out the terms under which the network operates.
Membership or Registration fees

There is no charge to join the Shout99 network or to register as a user.

What happens when you register?

You are asked for your real name, your choice of username, an e-mail address and a password hint question and answer. Upon submission of this information the system automatically issues a randomly generated initial password to the email address provided and you can choose to subscribe to the Shout99 Newsletter mailing list (see below). This password, amongst other things, may be changed once you have logged in successfully after you have received the email.

Shout99 undertakes to protect the privacy of its users.

When you login to the Shout99 site you will have the option to provide further details via your user profile and to configure a number of other options. • Country - the country you have selected in your profile address (which may be left blank)
  • Registered - your date of first registration on the site
  • Searchable - whether you have chosen to allow your profile to be found via a search or not
  • Links to any articles, comments or other content you have authored on the Shout99 site

The email address associated with your account is the address used to deliver information to you from time to time as part of the site's normal operation (eg any email subscriptions that may exist, any notifications of replies to content you may have posted and so on).
