Last week's Autumn Statement raised a few issues, opened a few questions and provided little answers.
Among the open-ended topics is the treatment of intermediaries; possible new legislation; the right of substitution; and how all of this sits with IR35.

It is expected that there will be further information tomorrow (December 10) which might clarify one or two of these issues.

Shout99 will be following developments.
