Will a Christmas bonus endanger my outside IR35 status?

My current client has said that they are going to give all employees a Christmas bonus for their hard work, this will take the form of some money for them and some money to be gifted to a charity of their choice.
The person who I report to has told me that this will also be paid to all contractors.

I'm very concerned that this will endanger my status of being outside IR35.

I'd be grateful for any advice as to whether by fears are correct and if so, how I might mitigate any potential damage to my outside IR35 status.
