Annual Accounts questions
by sanaullap at 10:32 01/08/14 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
1. Is it mandatory to have comparative figures for the previous accounting period in the limited company's annual accounts?
2. My company is registered on the flat rate VAT scheme. Is it mandatory to mention this on the annual accounts' (e.g. in the turnover notes)
3. Is it mandatory to have mention of "Related Party Transactions" that cover the dividends paid to the director?
4. Is it mandatory to have a mention of "an ultimate controlling party" (e.g. the director/ majority share holder) on the annual accounts?

Thanks
