HMRC Dashboard and Employers NI Allowance
by benkeylock at 21:45 09/08/14 (Letters from Freelancers)
Has anyone had this experience with RTI ?
It would appear that the HMRC Employer's dashboard does not correctly reflect the Employer's NI Allowance.

I use HMRC's own PAYE Tool, for my payroll calculations and submissions. This correctly reflects the Employer's Allowance and reduces the amount payable to HMRC.

However, HMRC's Tax Dashboard does not correctly reflect this allowance and currently shows that I have underpaid, when in fact I have paid exactly what was proposed by HMRC's software.

Is it too much to ask that HMRC should correctly reflect figures calculated and submitted by their own software.

No doubt this will mean taking time out to sit in a telephone queue with HMRC to get it resolved.

ANOTHER UNNECCESARY AGREVATION FOR AN SME !!! I THOUGHT THAT RTI WAS SUPPOSED TO MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR SMEs
