Returning To Contracting
by derekolive at 09:01 13/10/14 (Letters from Freelancers)
I operated my own Limited Company for 13 years and used PCG Membership services when I was investigated for IR35.
The investigation took 2.5 years and I am pleased to say that I won with PCG's help! This was 10 years ago.

I am now thinking of re-joining the contract market and wonder if I should once again go down the limited company route or choose an umbrella company.

I get the feeling that IR35 is tighter than it was a decade ago and maybe using an umbrella company will ensure I maximise my revenue retention with least effort on my part.
