Direct contract, document requirments
by davidpotts at 15:17 19/02/15 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
I have just been offered a direct contract. Do I have to supply the company that is providing the contract with any documents?

Normally when I deal with an agency I am normally asked to provide an awful lot of documents.

Normally copies of my passport, diving license, vat documents, insurance etc.

I have not been asked to provide anything.

I seem to recall that a Labour minster ran foul of the law in this area.

Q. As a limited company contractor what documents should I supply even if they have not been asked for?
