Training costs
by davidpotts at 15:33 02/06/15 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
I am 2 person small business. I currently have an employee who only knowns are rather ancient version of a computer language. The employee is currently on contract to an outside firm. Its becoming obvious, that the client needs a contractor with some extra skills.
Q. Can I send the employee on a training course provided by a specialist training company such as learning tree to enable this employee to learn the extra skills required for the current contract? As far as understand it the skills are a required for the current contract and will also be useful in the future.
