With the new Conservative Government now settling in for five years, there is more confidence to push ahead with its plans.

An Enterprise Bill is aimed at helping small businesses with disputes; and an Income Tax Bill goes some way with the Government's commitment to deliver a low tax environment.

All in all, as freelancer group IPSE said: The Government is backing business
