Benefits' law expertise please
by David S at 12:52 12/08/15 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
I'm looking for an expert who understands both Benefits Law and Limited Company operations (as undertaken by Freelancers).
In short I am being quizzed by the DWP who are concerned that the loans, travel expense reimbursements and dividends relating to the period that I was in work and which the company made to me at a time when I was on JSA all constitute income and therefore should have been declared.

There's much much more of course and I'm not looking for a little bit of free advice but someone who may be able, for the appropriate fee, to provide in depth advice and if necessary represent me.

This is NOT a tax issue.

If you are out there, you are very hard to find.
