Should I ask HMRC if 2 locations/journeys would be considered the same?
Hello,

I just about understand the '2 year expenses rule' but would like to know whether HMRC would consider flying Birmingham to Glasgow the 'same' journey as flying Birmingham to Edinburgh. Do the panel have an opinion? And do you think I should just ask HMRC before accepting the contract?
