How do I cancel a directorship of a liquidated company?
by rwillmer at 12:23 04/12/15 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
A decade ago, I closed down a company and hired an IP to administrate the liquidation. It seems I am still a director.
It does not seem that the paperwork to cancel my directorship of that company was completed at that time, so the Companies House record appears to show that I am still a director of this company, even though it was liquidated 10 years ago.

How do I fix this? Can I sign the form myself which cancels the directorship? Should the IP have done this?
