Umbrellas and pension contributions

Umbrella companies and maximizing pension contributions

I am looking at a public sector contract that the employer deems "caught" by IR 35. They insist on the use of an umbrella company. Does anyone know of umbrella providers that permit maximizing pension contributions (say up to the 40K annual allowance)?
