Training ...

If it would be beneficial for me to attend EMC training for the specific market I am currently contracting in, would it be acceptable from any IR35 point of view for either:

1. My company to fund the training cost and the client to pay for the hours I attend the course, or 2. The client to pay for the course and I give my time for free, or 3. They fund it all? <-- Trying it on here ... reality would be point 1 or 2. -- jamieford
