CRJS and annual RTI
by kbear at 12:15 06/05/20 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
Query around the CRJS and annual RTI's
To keep administration to a minimum, RTI submission for my company is done annually at the end of March just before the tax year ends along with the P60, etc. The company has only one director/employee.

From looking at the CJRS website it would appear that CRJS is only applicable where RTI's were submitted before the middle of March - which is about two weeks before my annual RTI would have been submitted.

Does this mean that if you are on the annual RTI scheme then you fall through the cracks as it were?
