The company was incorporated in March 1997 and is in the business of supplying I.T. consultancy and software services. There are two employees, a director and a company secretary. The director (Allan Jamieson) carries out the main business of the company.
Since incorporation this has involved completing out work for Standard Life, Lloyds TSB
and The Royal Bank of Scotland. More information is detailed below including the

Development & testing of a system to take corporate banking payments from the NatWest and process them through the Royal Bank’s daily accounting process. Involves mainframe batch & on-line systems, technical design analysis, program specifications & liaison with Business customers.

client/server project including close partnership with the business team in the
areas of requirements definition, system & user acceptance testing.

DIRECTOR'S QUALIFICATIONS:

1980-1983: University of Strathclyde: BA in Business and Administration.
(Main subjects - Economics,Accountancy, Statistics)
1984-1985: University of Strathclyde: Honours Endorsement in Economics, 2.II.
1985-1986: University of Strathclyde: Diploma in Business Information Technology
Systems, including Computer Science, COBOL, IT applications in business
disciplines.
