FO35 also includes model contracts; a dedicated help line; updates when necessary; draft 'Confirmation of Arrangements' letter and cover for professional fees to defend you against a Section 660a claim. It is the complete package for freelancers who want to operate outside IR35 and defend against other Revenue threats.

FO35 with PAYE protection. You can choose to add PAYE protection to your FO35 package. This will give you the additional cover of representation by Qdos in the event of a PAYE compliance visit. (We have not included this as standard as some freelancers may already have arrangements in place for PAYE compliance, for example with their accountants).
