Desperate and Dateless??
by Andy White at 16:36 07/02/03 (Shout99)
Aged between 18 to 35?, Free on February 15th in either London or Leeds?
Check out the Desperate and Dateless Ball

Tending to have more women than men applying, I thought IT and engineering freelancers, who are predominantly male, might be interested in redressing the balance?

Fill in your details and apply and they will try and match you up with a date. (no guarantee, but last year 90% were matched up) They will send you the mobile or email address of your blind date before the ball and you can then meet up before attending. (or run a mile!)

It costs half a FO35 for one ticket and is in aid of the British Red Cross.

I called up the DandD press office and a nice girl called Amelia confirmed that they still had tickets available and would welcome the more socially functional amongst you to come along.

Dress is optional black tie, (And that means dinner jacket, not dinner anorak)

Let us know how you get on.
