Hello, My name is AJ and I am have a Payroll accounting class that a teacher has given us a chance to earn extra credit on our final exam, so I have came up with 1 argument but I need a thought or two from an actual accounting expert.
Here's the question: What arguments can be made for raising the upper limits of the SUTA tax rates?

Any information would be helpful.
