Contract Dispute - Ask an Expert
"Re: Contract dispute. Recently Published
by egos at 10:52 09/08/12 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
It would be necessary to see the contract, preliminary correspondence, and anything relating to termination. BUT
- the contract may well wholly supersede anything preliminary, written or oral
- the provisions in the schedule and in the body may well not conflict with each other
- the real reason - and the ability to prove it - might well be significant
I can't advise without seeing the stuff mentioned above; my mind is open but I'm pessimistic. It's more likely than not that time and money spent pursuing this would be wasted. Sorry.

Roger Sinclair, Egos"

How refreshing to have an advisor tell you not to waste your money. Hats off to you, Roger and more power to your elbow!!!!
