I have done business with a fraudulent company. Not just dishonest: fake registered office, fake director, invalid VAT number, bogus trading address, redirected 0870 number. This is 100% criminal. They think I'll never find them. I think I know who they are.
If I had a CCJ against the company, could the directors or people controlling this company be made personally liable?
