Agency Worker Redundancy
by nickcat65 at 08:51 04/02/13 (Ask-Legal-Accounting)
As Ltd Company I was asked by one of my Clients to take on a worker on a contract basis for them.
1st Contract was from 25.10.2010 till 31.12.2011.

Client had enough work and another Contract issued from 01.01.12 till 31.12.12.

Client had reorganisation and decided to terminate contract with 1 weeks notice
on 29.10.12.

Contract signed by all 3 parties had clause that either party- worker or client could terminate with 1 weeks notice.
Worker has now contacted me and wants redundancy pay.

Is he entitled to this and who is liable me
or the Client?
