Building on Labour's Small Business Task Force and their report 'An Enterprising Nation', Bill Thomas, the report's chairman will join Toby Perkins MP (Shadow small business minister) and freelancer expert Prof. Andrew Burke on the panel for a fringe meeting at the Labour Conference.
Chairing the meeting will be Philip Ross (former PCG director and author of The Freedom to Freelance) and also making contributions will be small business owner Victoria Groulef Labour's prospective parliamentary candidate for Reading West, along with Debbie Abrahams MP and chair of the recent Parliamentary report on late payments.
It will discuss some issues from Labour's recent Small Business Taskforce and the growth and importance of freelance workers to our economy
