I am not particularly technically gifted, but would just like access to a system whereby I can create and amend a small promotional website.
Preferably using standard templates rather than a bespoke design, and would only be about five pages. Nothing complicated, no money, orders, etc. Just information.
As Shout99 has a wealth of IT consultants and specialists, I was hoping someone could recommend an easy-to-use, simple, cheap and cheerful, website creation tool with hosting.
Thanks for any advice, it will be most welcome.
