The agencies are asking for names and other details of their workers for submission to HMRC:
"The Income Tax Earnings & Pensions Act 2003 (ITETPA) requires the reporting of any non-PAYE payments made by an Intermediary in order for HMRC to detect false self-employment and abuse of offshore working by temporary staff."
So what is the best response to these demands for questionnaire forms - it's clearly undermining the B2B nature of the contract work ...
Looks like another bite at the IR35 cherry !!
