During that time the landscape of the freelancer world has undergone massive changes and upheavals and we have been there to keep contractors up to date with all developments which affect their small businesses.
Last year was no exception. While the rest of the country welcomed measures in the pre and post-Election Budgets, it seemed that someone had it in for the freelancer as many of the initiatives seemed to adversely affect contractors whether intentionally or just caught up in someone else's problems.
