New HMRC helpsheet for RTI late filing
by Susie Hughes at 09:23 18/09/14 (News on Business)
HM Revenue and Customs has updated its helpsheet following the announcement of the phasing in of in-year PAYE filing penalties for 2014-15 relating to the new Real Time Information (RTI) reporting.
This is particularly relevant to smaller firms following the announcement that the smallest companies will have penalties phased in over a period of time for late filing returns. (See: Penalties for late real-time PAYE returns to be phased in - Sept 2014, Shout99).

The guidance is available on on HMRC's website.
