We have provided our services to British Gas Trading (IT Dept), Centrica (IS Division), Cable & Wireless (Business Transformation Programme)and more recently NTL (Convergence Programme).
Particular areas of expertise are Programme Governance and Project Control Processes, Risk & Issue Management, ISO9000 procedures (implementation and audit), defining and documenting business processes.
Our principal consultant, Farhad Nikkhah, is a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance, Member of the Association for Project Management and a qualified PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
We are currently developing another side of our business, which is Internet Web Site development and hosting for small businesses.
