Firstly, could someone advise on whether this is a good idea, for example can I gift company shares to her with no financial implications - there is a reasonable amount of money in the company which I would imagine results in the shares having some value.
Secondly, if it is a good idea, what is the process; is it as simple as notifying a change in the registered shareholdings ?
