Contractors utilising our service will become employees of Joint Venture Management (IT) Ltd and also beneficiaries of the Company's "Employee Benefit Trust" (EBT)
The company enters into contracts with clients/agencies and supplies the services of its employees to them at market rates.
Out of the income derived from these contracts the employee receives a proportion by way of PAYE salary and an additional bonus entitlement based upon the profit generated. The profit is ascertained on turnover less head office overheads (7.25%) and associated employee costs (Salary, Schedule E Expenses and Employers NIC).
On a quarterly basis the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors carry out a review to ascertain each employee's contribution to the profit of the company. Following this review, a payment will be made into the EBT for each employee.
Independent Trustees administer the EBT and meet at quarterly intervals.
Based upon the recommendations of the Remuneration Committee, the monies received into the trust and any other relevant consideration that the Trustees deem appropriate, the Trustees make discretionary bonus payments to the employees.
The Board of Joint Venture Management (IT) Ltd always recommends to the trustees that those discretionary payments be made in the most tax efficient manner.
