We don't maintain any databases, but do have email addresses of agencies and end clients that we have dealt with in the past; I'd guess way less than 100 and would not in our minds amount to personal information as they are company details and contact names, not individual names and addresses .
We do not share data with third parties and keep email addresses etc for processing invoices and touting for contracts only.
