When a recruitment agency places a candidate at an end client using a CV and interview process, can the candidate really claim to be a business? Surely he is nothing more than a fixed term temporary worker.

I am unable to take part at the time, but would care to promote the idea of a flat rate tax system for freelance business people. In a similar approach to the flat rate VAT system, freelance staff ought to be able to submit an operating expenditure cost schedule, which would identify a banding for flat rate of tax.

As a Small Business Owner yourself what did you find that frustrated you? What if anything did you feel was lacking, was it lack of access to Finance, lack of Information, Training, or Overegulation?
