The Information Commissioner (IC) is the only statutory authority for administering and maintaining the public register of Data Controllers.
Correspondence that is really from the IC always bears his Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire address. There is no connection between the IC and these agencies. The IC continues to cooperate with other relevant authorities in the investigation of these agencies.
The annual statutory notification fee is £35.00, on which no VAT is payable.
