FO35 users will, over the next few weeks, be receiving the latest updates to the system.
These updates include:
- The latest report from the FO35 Update Committee which provides an update on IR35 case law developments over the last year or so and also at the implications for freelancers of the recent changes to the Conduct of Agency Regulations and in particular the opt out provisions for limited companies.
- A revised introduction to FO35
- An amended insurance summary, which reflects a change in the insurer from NIG to Groupama Insurance Company Limited.
We will also be updating the FO35 issue status document, which can also be found in the FO35 section of the site. This will enable users to confirm if they are using the latest issue of the FO35 system documentation. FO35 users can access that area of the site by following: Freelancer Shop>FO35>....contracts/Q&A etc
See the FO35 navaid here
If you are an FO35 user and do not have access to that area please email your user name to jo@shout99.com who will upgrade you.
