Philip, who has been a long-standing contributor to Shout99, recently wrote two articles about the difficulties he now encountered from the point of view of trying to hire contractors - having previously been on the hiree end himself!
This led to a detailed debate involving significant contributions to possible ways forward from Shout99 members. Philip and Alpheus have agreed to try using Shout99 for direct recruitment rather than its traditional agency route.
This also gives our readers a chance to market their consultancies directly to a client (a plus point also for IR35 status).
